After departing the company on December 22, 2013, Jeff Jarrett remained as a minority shareholder until his temporary return on June 24, 2015. As part of the agreement for his return, Jeff Jarrett agreed to transfer his minority stake to Dixie Carter, effectively making her the company’s sole shareholder.
