- This was an independent professional wrestling pay-per-view event sponsored by Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks from the Bullet Club of New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Ring of Honor, both of which were affiliated at the time with the Bullet Club. The event took place on September 1, 2018 at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a Chicago suburb just outside of the city. Despite the fact that the event was broadcast live on traditional pay-per-view venues like as FITE TV and Honor Club, it was later made available for watching on demand through the NJPW World streaming service.
